A Family Affair is the first episode of the first season of the hit telivision series, Meerkat Manor.

Summary

As the Show starts we found Flower as dominant female, of a group of Meerkats called the Whiskers. Her 4 three weeks old pups are just about to above ground for the first time. When the pups are above group, Flower lead the group off to forage and leaves babysitters to watch over the pups. As the group starts to forage, we found out that Tosca, one of Flower's adult daughter is pregnant,which is against the rule. Back at the babysitting burrow, Kinkajou, one of Flower's teenage daught takes Mitch one of the pups away from the burrow to play with him, but she quickly gets bored and leave him. Shakespeare come and takes him back to the burrow. The next day, the group is out foraging and they found a puff adder. The snake bite Shakespeare twice, Shakespeare start to go home and just made it back before dark.
